I keep getting a message "unable to start driver for
hpoid407.exe".  I cannot seem to find where to fix this, I
have checked the updates and nothing is there.  Can anyone

whenever i try to burn a cd or scan my computer for
viruses it gives me an error on a blue screen like so:
