I'm upgrading to Windows XP from Windows ME. What drivers
do I need to download and where can I find those drivers.

I am having a very hard time upgrading from the windows me
edition to windows xp home edition. As soon after the
downloads started to begin as well as the installation
started it stopped and the message on the blue screen said

I am experiencing HANG UPS.
I go to click on a file or application and my computer just
hangs up,
I go to download something off the net and it just hangs up.

Occassionally when the system boots up, we get a message
about an error in the IPHLPAPI.DLL file, that we should
check the file to determine the problem. But since we
don't know how to do that, we click OK & everything else

I have a CD with Windows XP on it but I was told that If I
try to upgrade my Windows Milleneum system with it that I
will have problems.  I am being told that I have to buy
another Windows XP OS with which to upgrade my system.

There's an article written on this subject but it simply
tells me to remove my operating systems from the
add/remove program feature.  My OS doesn't even appear on
the list of add/remove program.

When I open a folder containing graphic files with
extensions jpg, tif, bmp, only tif and bmp show pictures.  
The jpg files do not show the pictures.
These files used to open fine.  I don't know where to look

I have purchased Windows XP Professional for a new
computer.  I have a 1999 Model Dell running Windows ME
(upgraded from Windows 95).  Will I encounter lots of
problems if I install Windows XP to replace Windows ME?

I use the Excel program (Windows XP) to develop
spreadsheets for clients.  One of my clients has Windows
millenium edition with the Works spreadsheet program.  My
client cannot open the spreadsheets that I send.  Can

application folder windows/system/msdmxm.exe. I have
removed the damaged folder, and restored the computer. Can

I have been getting an 06:FFFF:00009329 error whenever i
open up any of the office programs.  I reformated my
computer and reinstalled everything from the beginning,
but that was no help.  Any suggestions.
