I downloaded and trying to install a free drawing viewer Volo View Express.
During the installation I get a message : "Regsvrac has caused an error in
AC1ST15.DLL. Regsvrac will now close - please restart etc". When I close the
message the installation proceeds and reports "setup ...

When I first boot my computer the System Performance tab
shows me I have about 80% of resources.  After 3 or 4
hours that will have slipped little by little to around
50%.  This happens no matter what my activities are.  I

2 weeks ago whilst useing any prog or on internet the
following occured..pc.'locked up' could move mouse pointer

I am trying to upgrade Windows Me to XP.
