need to get back rundll32 file as had to delete it due to
porn hackers putting  an instant dialer on it now need to
get back to run other programs please can someone help

i just reinstalled windows ME and now get this when i try
to open internet explorer.  i get a similar message when
explorer first opens, but it says "explorer caused..."
the only thing i installed was systemworks from norton

the scandisk says restart due to writing to disk, and
