i just reinstalled windows ME and now get this when i try
to open internet explorer.  i get a similar message when
explorer first opens, but it says "explorer caused..."
the only thing i installed was systemworks from norton

I dont see any mention of them in the manual.

I have a class that has notes available online, they are

I can not get my Windows ME to load DirectX 9.0, it either
says its loaded, and when i reboot is not loaded.  Or it
tells me it can not copy a file while downloading.  Here

last three days. Whenever I get to Windows there's an error message that
