To whom this may concern,
Somebody in my household downloaded a program that is not
functioning properly in Windows ME. I tried to uninstall
the program but the program cannot be found in the list.  

I am trying to downgrade a version of ME to 98 SE, but I
cant seem to get ME off so that i can install 98 SE.  
microsoft has been of no use because it ME was an OEM on a
systemax pc. Systemax also was of no use as it is out of
