When my hp computer starts it says that it couldn't start
wininet.dll to restart computer if problem persists.  
however the whole os stalls and the only controls that
work are alt+ctrl+del or safe mode.   PLEASE HELP.

I use ME and Outlook Express. I can't receive attachments.

I've tried to install Norton Virus Scan on my comp with
Windows ME and cannot get past this problem.  When I hit
the install button on the Norton screen a new screen pops
up that says:  Set up has detected that a previous

Forget my previous message, the error I receive after

On some of the attachments I receive in my email I get a Red x and blank box
instead of the picture.  I have WinME, IE6 AND OE6.  I also have Irfan
software which handles many extensions.  How can I determine which extension
I'm missing - or why it's not supported?

Hi!!!  For some time, I've lived in Japan.  I don't know
when it happened, but I tried to change the homepage on my
internet explorer and when I went to the tools menu,
