Error Message re: CCPXYSVC18 Mar 2004 00:42 GMT2
I am unable to connect to the internet but my ISP says my
connection is fine.  I did receive the following error
when I rebooted and my system was coming back
up: "CCPXYSVC has caused an error in CRYPT32.DLL.

i have a files needed box on my desktop. it says:

My ME system has suddenly decided it needs to boot
multiple times from a cold start.  It will cycle through
the logo screen several times, eventually ending up on the
