please if anybody could help me? not very good with
computer when doing a disk scan for errors my computer
says something is writing to my hard drive and keeps
telling me to stop some programs from running cant find

My defrag wont work because the scandisk cannot finish due
to running tasks. Well the only things in startup are
explorer and systray and the quicklaunch toolbar is also
