When I save a document in WOrd, I lose all the
formatting.  I've tried saving in Rich Text but this, once
saved, just results in a document of gobbledygook.  This
is driving me crazy....

At end of boot sequence floppy drive is accessed
continually for approx 20 seconds, stops for 20 seconds
then is accessed again for about 50 seconds. Floppy drive
is then accessed for approx 40 seconds every 10 to 15

Drive contents change after 10% of trying to defragment.

anti-cheat software program on there servers. I have been

When I try to open certain programmes such as norton
utilities, I get the following message "Memory violation
in module kernel32 at...." I cannot resolve this. Has
anyone any ideas? Also I have forgot how to access the

I have this error message that says "Explorer has caused an
error in WINPHA.DLL. Explorer will now close." When i press
the close button, windows explorer restarts, and the
message comes back. I restart my computer, and the same
