I have been trying to run Quake II under WinME with 64 MB

I occasionaly get the Windows error message on the 'Blue'
screen. This usually happens from time to time on a cold

I have a Dell Inspiron 4000 that I purchased in 2000 or
2001.  I just bought a Netgear cardbus notebook adapter
FA511 to connect to road runner(high speed online), and
they can't get it to set up the netgear driver.  After

When I try and open winipcfg I receive the following
message "Failed to initialize Winsock"  also when I go to
a command prompt and type in ipconfig I get "IP config
failed to initialze winsock"
