I have a Gateway 800+/- MHz machine, running ME and
recently it began to bluescreen @ shutdown and restart.  
It was running Norton Antivirus 2003 w/all current
updates.  I installed Norton Antivirus 2004 Pro and it

These erro messages are repeatedly popping up.  Does
anyone have a clue what I can do to stop them from
happining or anyone know where I can look to get

I downloaded the newest outlook (6.1) but now when I
recieve an e-mail with a highlighted link in it, I click
the link and it will act as though it opens my explorer,
but it only opens the heading and not the actual page.

I tried to install an hp deskjet 5150 printer and got the
following message: Error 1721 There is a problem with this
Windows Installer package.  A program required for this
install to complete could not be run.  Contact your

When I re-boot Windows, I get an error message
stating, "Explorer caused an error in Kerne32.dll.  
Explorer will now close."  What causes this and can it be
fixed?

Movie Maker2 seems to be for XP. I have a Sony digital
camera which takes short videos.  I would like to edit
them and play them on my web page using .avi or .wmv

WHen i try to upgrade an error message comes up saying it

While up-dating my drivers I followed mircosoft direcitons
and deleted my dirvers. After completing the up-date I had
lost the driver for my input connection. How do I re

My problem is two fold. When I run DXDIAG a popup box
appears that says my version of DX (9b) is newer than my
version of DXDIAG. Then when I run it DIAG tells me that I
am missing files dpnwsock.dll and dpnmodem.dll. I have

When I open up Control Panel and Add/Remove Programs, the
display for Install/Uninstall programs is blank.  Is there

Here's the scenario.  I'm working with several tasks open,
usually Excel, Quicken, Explorer, and internet.  I'm
switching back and forth by clicking on the software I
