I own a SONY VAIO PCG-R505TL P-III 650MHz Notebook Laptop.
When I shut down my laptop from the Start Menu the screen
goes blank but the power stays on. I have to press the
power button before the laptop shuts down completely.

Having downloaded latest security updates for ME when
starting my PC I get one of twoo messages
1. Upgrader has caused an error in Kernel32.dll & my PC
wont start.

Since I downloaded Norton Security 2004,  when I close
Outlook Express I get a dialogue box with the
message "Msimn has caused an error in KERNEL32DLL.  Msimn
will now close."  However, it doesn't, i.e., Outlook

Ok the whole story is that I had my moviemk on and I was
importing an image. I canceled it and the error message
came up. "Moviemk has caused an error in ITSS.DLL" and
said it would now close, restart your computer if error

Have tried using the Add-Uninstall program to remove

With ME edition how can I print off a fax that has been
sent to my address via email, do I need a software package
for faxing inorder to do this, now all it will do is waste
allot of ink and not print document.

At : C\\ WINDOWS\TEMP    I see a subfolder
WINDOWS\TEMP\TEMP.
In the latter subfolder are included: Cookies,  History, and Temporary
Inerent Files among other temp files.

Anybody know of a way to add Kodak Imaging that came with WinME to my WinXP
system.  I lost the program when I installed XP and it's not included.  This
was the best program I've found for document scanning and management.

I keep getting msg Explorer caused error in WMPDXM.DLL,
then restart same error again , this happens when I try to
open My Computer or just about any time
