states, ..."Wordpad has caused an error in MSWRD832.CNV."
Can anyone help me? Microsoft help site has no info.

Using Mindows ME. I have tried to defragment my "C" drive
several times and it doesn't work. I go to programs,
accessories, defragment, I choose drive "C" and click OK.
