Yesterday I turned my computer, on as on any normal day,

When re-starting my computer, I sometimes get a message
which does not make sense to me. It says:
Windows could not upgrade one or more system files

Updates will not download.  I show that there is Download
progress, but no Install progress.  There are 20 new

The upgrade to ME went lovely.. everything did what it was

 Last week I had some OE problems that were partially
remedied by following the Knowledge Base article # 278909.
 Now, instead of having a non-working copy of OE6, I have
