Crash & "Blue Screen of Death"01 May 2004 00:21 GMT1
Yesterday I turned my computer, on as on any normal day,
and it crashed and gave me the "Blue screen of death".
This is what it said in blue screen:

I have been having difficulties with my computer for
several days now.  I ran a virus scan removed multiple
instances of the Beagle virus.  I have also (just)
installed the McAfee Internet Security Suite and tried to

When re-starting my computer, I sometimes get a message
which does not make sense to me. It says:
Windows could not upgrade one or more system files

Updates will not download.  I show that there is Download
progress, but no Install progress.  There are 20 new
updates for my pc.  I tried doing them collectively and
one at a time with no success.  Have recently run scan

 Now, instead of having a non-working copy of OE6, I have
