I recently had to reinstall Norton AV 2003 after problems
with 2004 version(I removed this manually )......the
automatic check from Symantec website now says that I have
registry keys required by NAV missing or damaged...however

I cant see icon or pictures on my IE for some reason, i
know its not my computer cos i can see pictures in

Recently, I uninstalled Norton System Works 2003, used a program called
IE Eradicator to kill my Internet Explorer, ran a scandisk and regfix to
repair my registry, then downloaded and reinstalled IE. It's working
fine now - had to register the javascript dll and vbscript dll ...

When I try ot open a winfdow to view my computer or any
other object I get the following error "Your current
security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on
this page."  Also, a lot of programs that used to lod on

Whenever I try to open certain things like control panel
etc. I get the error "Windows can not find
