Have ME, using High Speed Comcast Cable for Internet
Connection with AOL as a proxy server. Been able to use
AOL 9.0 for 3 months until recent infection with Beagle
which has been resolved. But now AOL wont open and either

Just purchased ipq and attempting to load outlook express
2002. Me will not allow it to be loaded. It gets to the
wizard and shows outlook with a red cross on the left
side. You can go through installation but it is not on the

I have windows me which is constantly freezing up.  
Control  alt del does not free it up.  I need to shut the
electricity source and then turn that on and then the
computer.  This is happening constantly.

I try to reinstall Works 2000, and it gets about 1/3 of
the way through and it tells me that I can't launch MDAC
installation. What the HECK does this mean and what can I
do to correct this?

I've been working on a friend on mine's computer and just
can't seem to get it fixed.  I've run Norton AntiVirus,
WinDoctor, and SpyBot and still get a blue kiss-of-death
screen with the error message:  OE : 0028 : C00587C9.

I have a problem I believe to be with my ME operating

Cinmst32.dll.   I took the chance and downloaded the latest DX9.0b, WMP9 and
the latest codecs for media player.......it stopped the error I was getting

Thanks Mike M, your advice worked flawlessly.My wmp9 still
freezes up when I try to switch it into the Now PLaying
(visualizations) mode. It works fine in any other mode
