attacker put a code, an executable file. I am unable to delete the file. When I tried to delete the file, getting error message, "access denied. the file is being used by Windows?" How do I get rid of the file?

Last few times I've tried to update or install software, when I reboot, I get a message along these line in DOS format: Windows file grade 1% of 2% failed ... etc.

Cannot run any programs due to lack of resources - when I hit ctrl-alt-del I see that a process "Aodx3fz3lp" is running multiple sessions as in 50s/60s and is taking up all the memory when you free up processes this process

This file (qDBp3FfJK.exe) is sitting in my c:\windows\temp folder and tries to access the internet everytime I start up the comp. I cannot delete it and it has no info in its properties. What is it and how do I get rid of it?

Recently I began receiving an error message each time I click on any new task on my CompaQ Computer running ME the error message reads "Wintools has caused an error in<unknown>. Wintools will now close.
