Since installing new security my pc is running at about
quarter to half speed and frequently freezes. A thorough
scandisc gives me a message to say that another program is
writing to the disc even though I don't have one open.

When I try to upgrade to AOL 9.0 I get a screen that says
could not initialize installation (CRC) the parameter is
incorrect. I don't know what this means. Has this happened
to anyone else?          Thanks, Sam

My upgrades seem to be current for all ME service packs
per the Upgrade Web Site; however, I cannot "remove" Adobe
6.0.1 using Add/Remove Programs (in order to re-download
because of a corrupted archive.  The Windows message is

(Right click on start, Explore, got to folder where
pictures are, expect to see the picture in the left part
of the window)

Hey guys I hope someone has a way to fix this problem
beacause i dont know what to do. A few days a ago i would
get an error message while running internet explorer which
stopped IE nd closed it. Today the same thing happened
