Windows ME paint has lost the function of making the pictures small so you
can work on them. You can only make them larger. On Windows 98 they had 2
different paint programs in accessories.

I have a weird problem. When I access some trusted sites
(one is the Pacman's Portal startups site), and type in
data in their search box, a download box sometimes appears
asking if I want to save a file for "Microsoft Picture

Now that I have ME, my outlook express will not send
pictures or animations, except for stationery.  I do not
have any pop-up blockers installed, so I don't understand
why this is happening.

Works is missing from the programs files. I have tried to
find works in files and folders,not there.I have tried so
many things I cant remember all of them sorry, I need help

I cannot open any e-mail that is zipped what program do I
need to open with.  I'd like to be able to open all my
pictures with the same program.

My son has an old comp with Me ,he recently moved and now
when he starts up he gets a " Invalid system Disk "
message. I have tried to help him reboot using different
methods from the windows help web site and we dont get

my cd drive isnt reading my disks....i checked to see if
the computer was erading the drive and the disks r brand
new...please help

Which software program are you using that makes / creates a bootable CD?

My computer came from an individual with Windows ME on it
already. I did not receive the ME disc from that person
nor am I able to get it now. Is there a way of getting a
disc without having to spend alot of money?

The removal tool removed all the virus except from 9 .exe
files. Is there a way to remove this virus without
formating my had drive and re-installing everything?

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knew how to delete files
over 215 characters long; te file I am trying to delete
gives me errors every time I rey to do so.

My computer came with ME loaded on it.  ME is running
slowly and I've heard that re-installing it will help, but
I did not receive a system disk with my computer.  I have
the product key.  Does anyone know how to re-install?

I am trying to register adobe photoshop album, but it
say's I must have system administrator rights to
continue...how do I get this resolved? I'm using windows
