WINDOWS WILL NOT START IN NORMAL MODE.I MUST FIRST START
IT IN SAFE MODE AND THEN DO A RESTART FROM SAFE MODE,
THEN WINDOWS COMES UP AND LOADS PROPERLY.
ANY ONE HAVE A FIX FOR THIS?

I have a bad USB driver and cannot correct to factory
setting due to Compac bug. Where can I find one? Mine is
dated 6/8/200.

I was going through my Windows system folder and found the
above file with a big red international "no" sign through

whenever I open internet explorer it goes to a search
website and not the home page I have designated, and when
I click on links it often goes to the new wepage and not

When I run Norton Windoctor I get error message the says I
have a missing file "mscoree.dll"  I try to find it on my
system, but it is not there.  How can I find and install
that file?

When i try to run explorer it tells me"attempted to access
memory that does not exist" is this a common problem?
windows explorer works in safe mode. I cant run anything
that uses explorer. example "My Computer"
