I made a mistake that I can't automatically fixed.I click
a file to be open and it asked me where do I want to open
the file at I chosed Microsoft Work but I also checked to
box that said "always open in this file." Now when I try

When the computer boots up, it displays a box with the
following:  "IPHLPAPI.DLL cannot start.  Please check the
file."  Clicking OK continues the boot but not sure if

i have a serious problem.
I can only start my system in safe mode. then when I do a restart, desktop
comes up, but system locks up, no control. Then again, have to reboot in safe
mode with same result each time.Have check for viruses in safe mode, and

I am trying to delete an e-mail from my outbox.  The e-
mail has a file attachment that is too large and my
provider keeps timing out.  This prevents me from sending
or receiving other e-mail.
