Someone told me that my Windows ME may be corrupt due to
symptoms:system restore won't work, won't defrag or run
scan disk, won't let me install new programs/downloads,
other errors (can't remember then all). I do not have the

My computer was/is infected with a highjacker program. I
tried to remove the files that several sites say I should
and the files are not there but the program is.(ShopNav)
Now I tried to reinstall Windows and I can't access MSDOS.
