I believe that at some point I have accidentally deleted
NOTEPAD.EXE from my system.  I run Windows ME.  Does
anyone know how I can download and reinstall Notepad?

I have Directx 7.1 and cant seem to upgrade. When I try to
go to 9.1 it freezes for a long time and then the
message "failed to copy necessary file" comes up and
installation fails.

when trying to shut down the computer, I keep getting an
error that states that program 'suchostp' is still
running, do I want to close the program and shut down? All

I am installing a router and I am unable to see the
connection.  They say that my registry needs to be
updated.  I currently am running Windows ME.  THe guy from
the support line said I needed to download a winsoc fix.

Hi,,,I need a little bailing out.
I just reformatted and reloaded WinME, (a Dell version)
One of the problems that I've run into is in Explorer,,,
(rt.clicking on start and choosing explore).

My niece was trying to delete Outlook (she says) and now
is says windows need to be reinstalled. She is running
WinMe.  When we click the ok (in the error message)
another error message pops up and freezes everything.
