when I try to open explorer I get this message.
Explorer has caused an error in FTL.dll. If this error
presist try restarting your cpu. I have tried that a few
time wit no success. can anyone help me with my problem?

close. if you continue to experience problems restart
your computer, i do but it still pops up, how do I fix it.
