I cannot complete a Scan Disk because Scan Disk continually restarts. Then I receive a message stating, "Scan Disk has restarted ten times because Windows or some other programme is writing to this drive."

"k...just for the record here, no I have not deleted mine. This is a question to satisfy my curious about the need for the Content IE 5-6 folder in the TIF folder, as to whether or not if it is removed for whatever reason, would it cause problems with IE, and if so, what kind?
