Suddenly my 4 yr laptop developed a gliche. I think my son

Recently went into control panel and double clicked on
password icon. I opened it and added a password. Now I
want to go back to the original state and can't change

All of a sudden, when I use the ctrl-alt-delete command,

I want to have my "restore" size of the Windows Explorer
folder *stay* at the customized size I specify. Whenever
I change it; close the folder, and re-open the folder, it
goes back to the previous default size.
