When Windows (ME) tries ro load the drivers for this
printer, it fails because it can't find a whole bunch of
*.exe and *.dll files, e.g. hpzcfg09.exe which apparently
should be located in the c:\windows\options\install

I keep getting a autorun.exe error when trying to load a
reinstallation cd for windows me also does anyone know how
to re-format a hard drive.

I get error message of explorer has caused a fault in
shdocvw.dll when trying to open my computer or control
panel.  every program that relies on windows explorer
gives same message. Other programs with separate browsers

I'm trying to install Ad-aware.  It won't install because
my ME says that it is missing "AAWHelper.ddl".  
How do I get and install this one file?

Hi. I'm running Windows ME and I am having problems with
Scandisk. I can do a Standard scan but when I try to do a
thorough scan Scandisk locks up. Is it possible to repair
Scandisk without doing a full Windows Installation? I

This file was accidently deleted. Now Excel 97 opens with
error message looking for the file. The programs came with
