I had to do a system recovery and I need the 25 digit

Hi, I was trying to install MSN 9 (long story) and the tech
person said that my problem was that I didn't have Windows
Installer installed on my computer which he determined by
having me to to Settings>Control Panel>Add or Remove

I've tried to download and install updates from
Microsoft.  The installer cannot finish, yet everytime I
restart my computer I'm told that there are updates to
install.  How can I delete or remove these problem updates

I use Outlook express 6 on Win2K sp4.  I have it set up so that when
it downloads my email, it leaves a copy of each message on the server.
For some reason, after a while.  The box that I check for that

I used this program a couple of years with no problems, but something

Everytime I turn on my computer I get the following
