When I try to access "help and support," it comes up as "this page cannot
be displayed." All of the Microsoft Interactive Training help and support
works fine....but nothing else works.What,if anything,can I do to get it

My computer has stopped recognising Zip files and asks me
to choose a program to open them - none of the programs
will do this.  Any ideas?  It seems WinZip is missing.

When I the system starts up I can't use the taskbar, it
won't respond. I go to Ctrl alt del and find that wupdate
is not responding. When I end the Wupdate the taskbar
works again.   Does anyone have an idea how to fix this
