I'm running MS ME.  If I open Outlook Express, and then
close it, the hour glass stays active.  It seems that
something is still running.  I've looked in Task Manager
and can't see anything that hasn't been there for a long

when I want to update I never get the usual update files
apearing on the internet explorer screen. What can I do to
solve the problem?

SENDERS ADDRESS AND IT INDICATES AN ATTACHMENT. I RECEIVE
THE FOLLOWING    (  tHIS MESSAGE IS FLAGGED. OE REMOVED
ACCESS TO THE FOLLOWING UNSAFE ATTACHMENTS IN YOUR MAIL

I get the following when starting up.  A window comes up
and states as follows.
Accessibility errror. Could not load the  enable2.vxd
I clik on O.K. and the computer continues on and all
error in MSADRH15.DLL and Paint Shop Photo Album 501 Oct 2004 04:31 GMT5
Can anyone help me sort out this problem (I hope this isn't OT)?
When I open my copy of Pspa5, I get the splash screen then a error
message:
'Pspa has caused an error in MSADRH15.DLL. Pspa will now close.'
