Have upgraded to WimXP from WinME and deleted ME files from my computer.
Would like to know if it is possible to reinstate my original ME
screensavers to my present OS (XP) and if so how. I have the original CD"s.

I have MS Internet Explorer and Firefox installed on my Win-Me machine,

Is it possiable to reinstall just system restore? No matter what firewall I
seem to use, after installing, the system restore won't create any restore
points. I am assuming that  the system restore is damaged some how. I have
tried Sygate and Zone Alarm, both cause the same ...

Mike, I was having a problem with system restore and you gave me some advice
conerning repairing the registry. You said "If this isn't the reason for your

I just built a new computer P4-3 1G ram, 2 200 Gig HDs and a X600 ATI AIW
card. My problem is that when I now run windows MM2 it crashes at the end of
my capture. EVERY TIME!! I am capturing an analog source from a Hi8 Sony
Camcorder.

i can download and play from the email wanadoo sends but on the programme it
does'nt connect and only plays the email download.  no sound but sound card
