"The patch package could not be found" erro," appears whenever I try to
reinstall Microsoft Word 2000 from my CD.  I removed the program using the
add/remove utility, the registry entries and folders but still have the same
error whenever I try to reinstall Word 2000.

Is there a need for Microsoft java when I am already running a ver of Suns
java?
Just wondering if there is a conflict between the two.

Not sure if this is a hardware or software problem.  Everytime I close out

How do i get my dvd burner to make disks that play on my home units?  I am
using the mad dog multimedia megastore 16x triple format.  I made a movie
from the WMM and was finally able to save it to my hard drive, and burned it
on the mad dog.  But it doesnt play on my home units.
