I'm having a problem deleting all the emails I'm getting.
Can't even get to deleted column. Any suggestions?
Also Outlook 6 now on my computer and I can't download any
attachments.

Upon running the program to find out if my computer can be
upgraded to Windows XP, it says "Software Incompatible
with Windows XP - Intel Graphics Technology (in Control
Panel)".  Is this a bad thing? Or what can I do to fix it

Just installed WinME and update says there is no updates at this time?

I have been trying to install critical updates and it just
keeps failing. In troubleshooting it says to type in about
different commands, when I do so they are not there. What
do I need to do, any help would be appreciated.

after reinstalling I get the message "RUNDLL - Error in

what this is and how to correct it, please.

Thumbnails do not appear in My Pictures. I have tried all
the suggestions in the knowledge base. The Thumbnails view
is selected.
Can anyone help?

After I do an install is there any way to do a partion in
W2K, or WinMe?  Also in Win WinMe where is the boot.ini
file I can not find it it even after doing a show hidden files.

I have had the same problem as Anahita, a slow internet.
I have a Dell 4100 running Win ME.  
I did the ScanDisk and Defrag.  Someone on the Dell

Upon startup error message says file is corrupt and
computer may shut down.  c:\windows\temp\WK_5181.exe
Others files are:  WK_3373.exe and WK_33B3.exe
As these are temp files, can I delete them?

Windows Me is freezing up.  CTRL+ALT+DELETE does not work
when it freezes.  I have enough disk space and memory.  I
have checked for virus.  It sometimes freezes up even when
no programs are running.  Some of the things I have hooked

is it possible to input a system password that actually
needs to be used and not passable by cancelling password
screen???

I guess I made a mistake in installing IE 6.o updates and
several windows ME updates. Now my windows explorer window
has the left side pane greyed out instead of showing all
of my drives.  

All my desktop icons have a whirl around them(similar to
the one around net meeting)It is hard to tell what they
are.I ran a virus scan and adaware and it still

I have been getting errors consistently. OE:0028:F103149A,
OE:0028:0000A00E. These seem to come up when I am away
from the computer. They are there when I return. I am also
