if i want to install windows 2000 do i have to remove
windows me first and if so how?

I send e-mails (with attachments) to business clients who
use MSN.  They cannot open the attachments.  I know they
have to change their security settings but I don't
remember exactly what to tell them to do.

I keep getting  "Windows cannot upgrade %1 from %2"
message and also trying to load Norton when my cumpter has
to reboot it says MSIEXECEXE file linked missing
MISI.DLL.222

What is causing my processor to run at 95% all the time?  Even when idle....

There are problem with my computer when I switch it on, it
just hang and all icons are missing. So I try to reinstall
window ME into my computer, it was all smooth going until

I went out  turning on my computer, After I came back, My compuer is always
became restarting by itself.
Is there a way to repair it?
