I am unable to get the updates from the windows site. When I click on scan for updates it starts but nothing happens. It just stays on 0% for ever and ever. Is there some other way that I can download the updates?

my computer wouldn't start at all - fitted new processor, motherboards,ram, everythig. starts off ok then starts crashing eventually leading to failure of whole pc ( when I turn power on, even the bios fails to initiate ).

Each and every time I shut down my computer (Windows ME) it freezes then I get the RNAdmin is busy or not responding box. Once I click end task it shuts down or restarts whichever I'm trying to do. Any thoughts?
