I have purchased a Maxtor 80 G hard drive to back up my system every night.
I am using Windows XP Backup utility. My backup stops at 4 G and the message
says I only have 4G of available space.
What is going on?

Everytime I click on my desktop icons I get the following
error "Explorer has caused an error in Kernel32.dll". My
system then freezes up. I have tried everything suggested
i and nothing has worked. Can't delete the icons and

McAfee stopped working - click on an update and no result.  The Help
suggested the ad software could be the cause, and upon deleting AdAware
McAfee works fine.
Anyone know of an effective adblocker -preferably freeware - that does NOT

I just upgraded my system from windows 98 to Me and
there's only the 16-bit colors, there's no 256 colors or
32 bit colors in the settings tab. Also, there's only one
resolution on my computer, and it's 640x480. It won't let

I just upgraded to a larger hard drive and copied my old
drive to my new. I received an error message when I booted
with the new hard drive that stmgr was causing a conflict.
I discovered that stmgr is System Restore. I had to
