When I empty out the temp files I am unable to delete 2
files and would like to find out why. The files are listed
as:
hp authorized customer@hotmail.msn.com

Everytime I boot up my dialer starts all by itself...When
a connection is made a load of pop up ads come on, yet no

lately, the activity light on the tower has been staying
on.  i allow as little as possible to load when windows
starts up, preferring to launch applications when i need
them.

All I want to do is copy some Word docs on to a CD-R.  I
thought this was jst a case of copying across in Explorer
but it says access denied.  How do I do it? Thnx.

It looks as I will have to replace the CD Drive as it is not responding to
any disks, including the reinstallation disk.
As it is a Dell m/c and I purchase a new one from Dell, will I have to

CollectedData are created on a daily basis
or is it trace of some spy software??
