MS Info. page shows up lately when I first boot up the
computer.  No problems booting up just annoying seeing
this coming up when I boot up.  How can I delete this on

I have been trying to get into safe mode [ restarting
and then pressing the F8 key but nothing happens. oh,
I shut down anti virus programs and all others on the
right side of task bar.

I have a laptop with Windows ME and I have Desktop with Windows XP.  I am
trying to use the Briefcase to sync my address book and other files.  The
default .wab file for the address book in my laptop is a different name.
How can I change that file name so that it will be the same as ...

Is the winsrc.exe a valid file for Windows ME.
I am getting a virus alert on the file but I do not
remember ever seeing it on my pc before.It is in the
windows\olefiles\winsrc.exe.

I have not done anything illegal or anything wrong to my knowledge
People, have told me if I want to be an mvp,  post often & help out
people.    I can't do that if you keep deleting my post.  I have never
used a cuss word or talk in a derogatory way to any group.  

I fear I removed Notepad from my laptop. Is there a way of
putting it back without reformating?

Can Windows ME view an external HDD that has been

I AM RECEIVING AN ERROR BOX WHEN I START MY COMPUTER THAT
READS  "EXPLORER HAS CAUSED AN ERROE (UNKNOWN LOCATION)
RESTART YOUR COMPUTER.  WHEN I RESTART MY PC, I GET THE
SAME ERROR BOX AN IT REMAINS ON MY SCREEN.  

i have windows me.i was thinking about upgrading.is there
a fee or does it cost anything?also is there a free
antivirus download that is a good one?

Don't know if I'm in the right place but on switching on I
constantly get the Microsoft Development Environmentpage
which if I try to close it tells me that debugging will
stop.

When I turn on my computer it either goes to Safe Mode
(which it won't come out of) or I get a message Windows
Protection Error. System restore doesn't work.

security update 823559: installed once but now every day
update down loads it again and wants to rrreinstall it but
it is unsucesfull but it installed once sucessfuly when it

How can I get the save to any folder option when I right click? I'm running
Windows ME of course.
