We have Windows ME and we keep getting an "Error Starting
Program" Message: "The MSIEXEC.EXE file is linked to
missing export MSI.DLL:222"  This opo-up message comes up
whenever an application is opened.  It also won't let me

I can load other updates, but critical security update
823559 won't load. I keep getting the message that it
failed to install and to try again.
Please advise.

Not quite sure what this caused this error however the

When I start up ME, after the desktop appears I get a
message box that says "error loading NvQTwk." "The system
cannot find the file specified." I click Ok and it goes
away. There is also a Box in the tray that says RUNDLL.

Using the 'Log-on' feature doesnt really keep someone off
of my computer if they can cancel log-on and bypass the
log-on screen.  And the User's feature in the control
panel only keeps me from logging onto my LAN.

There is no link for Windows ME on the "Windows Updates"
page.  How do I update my machine without using the
automatic update feature (which I can't get to work
properly for some reason)?

During start up these messages appear, "unhandled
exception :c0000005 at address: 100016b8" and
then "pgmonitr has caused an error in PGSDK.DLL pgmonitr
will now close."
