Whenever windows explorer is activated, I get the

Sometimes the computer freezes just after stayng some time

An error keeps occuring on my computer in which a blue
screen pops up with the error # 0187:BFF8E64B.  The
computer sometimes goes back to normal, but sometimes I
have to restart.

When I try to put our computer into the hibernate mode, it
tries to hibernate, but immediately turns back on.  In the
power management area I have it set to hibernate after 30
minutes.
