I have this _RESTORE foler (hidden) under C drive, that is taking up 3G of space. I tried deleting it but unable to do so because 'the source file is in use'. Any suggestion?

Do scanreg /opt and scanreg /fix perform the same functions -- deleting broken links, etc. -- as the third-party registry editors such as System Suite and Norton? What are other scanreg command options? Thank you.
