I ran virus scan and found a "potentialy unwanted program"
located in C:_restore. It is some sort of dialer(ras.as).
My virus program says it can't do anything to the file
because it is protected. From what I'm to understand this

I wanna install windows XP but i dont want to delete
windows ME from my computer, how can i use both on one
computer so that i can choose at startup which windows

Sometimes at start up and at other random times, I get the
error msg "Mprexe has caused an error in KERNEL32.DLL.
Mprexe will now close." At log on, this msg will not go
away until re-boot. At other times, it can be closed.

Found the following in my start up files. Any idea what it is? I disabled it and everything seam to work OK:
c:\windows\scrsvr.exe,c:\windows\instit.bat.

all of a sudden i have to use F1 to continue the boot up
of my computer. it locks up on( push delete to enter set
up or push F1 to continue) please advise

After going to Control Panel, Display then Settings, I
dragged the screen size to low.  Now I can't change it
back because I can't move down to the OK button.  How can

I have been having problems with a boot up. I cant access
my outlook express for my mail account.  the files that
are not loading are ledll and loader.exe i can access
outlook express but cant download my mail from the server.

When I try to update, I get a window that says "New
Windows Update Software Required - Click Update Now"
- I click Update Now"  I get a window: "do you want to
