I am getting Required PSAPI.DLL missing message during
bootup. I've searched for this but it does appear to be on
the system.  

Once in a while, as I am playing a card game(off-line), or just have active
desktop showing, the pointer will make several circles and then 1.disappear.
2.click up the desktop menu.  3.shut off the program I am working or bring
up the close box.  Anybody have any ideas?  Please post ...

Is there anything that I can do to enhance the way
Microsoft ME manages my computer's RAM?  I just upgraded
the RAM to 768 MB and my available system resources remain
unchanged from when I had only 128 MB of RAM.  Apparently

My icons, folders, etc are all stuck in some disgusting low
color depth.
My computer uses an Intel 82810 Graphics Controller.
I've reinstalled the drives a couple times now.

This may be a hard question or questions for me to put in the right
words, but here goes:
 How much longer will Microsoft support Windows ME?  Is there any
kind of estimate of when this support will end?  

How do I fix the user.exe and kernel32.dll errors?  More
so the user.exe error.  I just started getting them!!

I just reformatted my computer with ME, seems like
everything works accept when I want to shut down the
computer, it shuts down normally but then reboots itself
