I recently purchased a custom built system from a
supposedly reputable dealer in my area.  He recommended
that he install ME in that he found it superior to the
other newer windows.  I now have constant problems

Can I use the win 2000 disc to upgrade win me?
I do not wish to re-format my drive for this upgrade??

Help.  When I log onto Internet Explorer, I keep getting
this http://default-homepage-network.com/index6.html  and
then an add for downloading spywiper comes up and a couple
not so nice pop ups and my cd rom opens up automatically.

I can remove, but not disable the onboard graphics controller. A check of
"device usage" in it's properties, does not have a check box to disable it.
Of course when I remove the device from the system, it reloaded on reboot.
