My other computer, which is not connected to the internet,
desperately needs Win ME updates to install an Adobe
Application, im guessing, but it would need them anyway. I
need to download the update files to this computer and

I've googled this to death and can't find any useful
info.  This group also seems to lack an answer, however
this error appears to be widely popular.  Seems to happen
while online and forces a shutdown/restart.  Anybody??

How do I create shortcuts for my most commonly used
programs (IE, Outlook Express, etc.) in the grey bar at
the bottom of every screen.  Right now, right to the right
of the start button is a tab looking thing that looks like

I have been using a Wacom tablet for about two years. It
suddenly stopped working. I uninstalled it and
reinstalled. When I try to open it the message, "Resouce
file could not be found." When I click, "OK", I then

hi...i do indeed have thousands of these files with
thousands of KILObytes, not megabytes(a typo maybe) in

I am trying to install SBC DSL for a friend. All has gone

I need some assistance!
Upon turning my computer on, I have a black screen with
the following message:
Cannot find system.INI

not display folders.  i can select history, search, media,
etc. and they display just fine.  when i select folders,

My cd burner died. I called tech from seller, I had
