I purchased a used MSN Compaq 1-A2 iPaq internet computer which I
understand is preprogrammed to work on the internet with MSN.  Can
anyone tell me if it can be programmed to work with a provider of my
choice and how.  I currently have service with Verizon.

Lately I've noticed my task bar icons randomly vanish for
no apparent reason. I can mouse over & right click where
the icon should be, it's just not visible. Has anyone else
ever experienced this magical, vanishing trick?
