I've just had it with My Documents.  Every time I open Windows Explorer, it
defaults to My Documents.  The software that came bundled with my scanner
wants to put everything in My Pictures. Word looks for files in My
Documents.  Windows Media Player wants to look in My Videos for ...

I have followed the advised upgrades for windows via the
internet prompt and it has resulted in having a large
screen and large icons to the point that I cannot use my

I'm basically having intermittent, show up when they feel it's most

I had just reformatted my comp last week got everything
running perfect best its been since it was bought and now

Trying to be a good and responsible computer owner, I try
to run my Windows ME Maintenance programs at least once a
week.  But everytime I run either ScanDisk or Disk
