Somehow, I changed the resolution of my 'Dell' splash screen on startup of my laptop from full screen to a 'small' resolution. The same has happended to my ME splash screen. I was hoping someone could let me know how

While my anti-virus program was running, it found a file called "smartcrd.dat" file and tried to open it to scan. It couldn't open it. What is this file and can it be deleted?

Me again. Had to use the rescue disks and now the screen display is grainy, like its in safe mode, but its not. Also boxes etc are not lining up properly but off centred and not sitting/fitting right, and there's too much info

I am running Windows Me and I am experiencing many error messages. Most of which are all assosiated with my .dll files. An error message will pop up and when I click cancel, a diffrent error will pop up with a diffrent .dll
