Hi there...when i go into system information\software environment\running tasks i notice there are three incidents of Kernel32.dll... should I, and is it possible to, delete one or two of these...?? Not sure if this will do the trick, but i'm trying to free up some memory at

For the past few days, my dial-up networking window keeps poppping up whether I want it to or not, at VERY annoying times. Most days, it's waiting for me (opened) when I turn on my pc b4 the whole desktop even loads!
