RESULT THE PAGE WILL NOT DISPLAY  how to a correct this

all of my buttons have changed in Windows ME.  The
restore, minimize, and close buttons have changed into a
O, 1, and r.
All of my checkboxes have changed too.

Automatically Windows XP boots first in a dual boot.  How
can I make Windows ME be the default choice in startup?

I get a message that says I must reinstall Windows.
I don't have the original disk (cd) or floppies.
I have a floppy install of '95.
I ran a "Maxtor" Western Digital copy and format floppy

It's a royal pain to have to adjust my toolbar every other day, but it
worse when some new crap inserts itself there.

It is fine when you first boot up, but as soon as you open
a program, it will be in the task box as not responding.
